Terms & Conditions

1. Commission Structure

We charge one month's salary per annum per requirement as our commission before sending the candidate. This commission is a standard fee for our staffing and placement services.

2. Non-Refundable Commission

If we send candidates and he/she is selected, then no commission will be refunded even if the candidate works for a day only. In such cases, a replacement will be provided as per our replacement policy.

3. Registration Validity

The registration is valid for one year, which can be renewed every year at the same charge. If registration remains partly utilized in a year, it can be carried forward for the balance period only.

4. Candidate Wages

Wages to candidates should be made as per their days of working with the clients. The agency acts as a facilitator and does not determine the final salary agreement between the client and the candidate.

5. Advance Payment Risk

Any advance payment transaction with the candidate will be at the client's own risk. The agency does not take responsibility for any financial transactions between the client and the candidate beyond our commission.

6. Replacement Notice Period

Any replacement requirement due to resignation of our candidate should be informed to us before 10 days. This allows us adequate time to source and screen a suitable replacement.

7. Non-Transferable Registration

Our candidate, upon our registration, is not transferable without our permission. Clients may not redirect or transfer placed candidates to other households or businesses without prior written consent from the agency.

8. Jurisdiction

Any disputes or claims are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction. All legal matters arising from or relating to our services shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9. Police Verification

Police verification of the candidate will be the client's responsibility. While we conduct our own screening, the formal police verification process must be initiated and managed by the client.
